On the occasion of ABC Awareness, the IWC of Vijayawada DIVAS joined hands with the Andhra Pradesh SPCA to participate in a peaceful rally and candle march dedicated to the welfare of street animals.
The rally highlighted:
The importance of strict implementation of ABC (Animal Birth Control) rules
The need to establish feeding spots and humane care practices
Awareness about dog—human conflict management
Advocating for coexistence between humans and voiceless beings
Over 120 members from across the community joined the rally. Our club distributed water bottles to participants as part of the service.

Street Animals (Primary Beneficiaries): Advocacy for their welfare and humane treatment
General Public (Secondary Beneficiaries): Increased awareness about coexistence, conflict resolution, and compassion toward animals

Project Category: Reach Out For A Better World – Youth Development – Educational Material Distribution The IWC of Vijayawada DIVAS launched an initiative to encourage learning and empower the younger generation by supporting two girl students from our community. As part of this effort, the club provided them with books and essential stationery, ensuring they have the resources needed to pursue their education with confidence.

🔸Description :- IILM – FELICITATION OF RENOWNED EDUCATIONIST
🔸 Project : We have felicitated Prof. K Rama Seshadri Rao garu who is a renowned Educationist, a former Army personal with 36 degrees in his name. He leads by example it’s never too late to educate yourselves. His dedication to the school, kids and teachers for the past 40 years is astounding. The Discipline and the Greenery of the school is to talk about.
🔸 Project : Inner Wheel club Vijayawada DIVAS and it’s members enthusiastically participated in Ganesh Navratri by arranging a medium size clay Ganesh with cultural activities and traditional festivities along with clay idols distribution and Prasadams with a possession on the last day with women driver for the tractor and nimajan being done in our own garden.
🔸Description :- Flood Relief in remote areas of Jakkampudi, K. Tadeppalle, Kotturu, Vellgaleru, NTR District.
🔸 Project : Our club members arranged Flood Relief in remote areas of Jakkampudi, K. Tadeppalle, Kotturu, Vellgaleru along with Sponsors from Yasaswini, Aparna, Lakshmi, Malathi, Manasa n Aruna (Nuzvidu) have sponsored Bedsheets, Towels, Sarees, Dresses, kids wear, utensils, waterproof boxes, bottles.
Grosseries of Rice, red gram dal, oil, salt, Red chilli powder, turmeric, biscuits, water cans, water bottles….as there is still water lodging and easy access was not there, but we sent the items to the villages, thanks to villagers in helping to distribute in the village.
We thank One and all for helping us serve those who are in need.

🔸 Project : Our club members arranged Flood Relief in remote areas of Haveli Mutyalampadu, along with Sponsors from Invicon led by our member Yasaswini, Madhu garu our new member, Sridevi n Purnima, well wishers, Chennupati Towers Residents, Siddhartha Nagar Members have sponsored Bedsheets, Towels, Sarees, Dresses, kids wear, Napkins, Sanitary pads, Candles n Match Boxes, Bandaids, utensils, waterproof boxes, bottles n ziplocks Breakfast, Lunch and biscuits, bread, milk powder, dry fruits, snacks, water cans, water bottles, pickles, curd….as the water started to raise again we were stopped by police but we have reloaded on to another tractor and sent the items to the village, thanks to villagers in helping to distribute in the village.
