Status of Women – Care of Women and Girls

The Inner Wheel Club of Vijayawada Midtown, in collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh Women’s Commission, organized a POSH Act Awareness Programme for the staff of Lalita Jewellery, Vijayawada. The session was conducted by Smt. Ravuri Suez Garu in the presence of Smt. Rayapati Sailaja Garu, Hon’ble Women Commissioner of Andhra Pradesh, creating awareness about workplace safety, women’s rights, and the importance of implementing the POSH Act. As part of the initiative, Lalita Jewellery constituted its Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as per the POSH Act guidelines.

Summer competitions to kids

We conducted free summer competitions for children, with 125 enthusiastic participants. To help nurture spiritual values, thinking skills, and creativity among children, we organized competitions such as Ramayanam quiz, word puzzle, dice game, and matching games. The children actively participated with great interest and showcased their talents.
