⚜ Project Description: As part of the Inner Wheel India Literacy Mission (IILM) and on the occasion of the District Chairmans official visit, the IWC of Vijayawada DIVAS honoured 20 teachers of Vignan Bharath School, Poranki, with Appreciation Certificates. The event acknowledged the invaluable role of teachers in shaping young minds and promoting literacy.
The program was attended by our club members along with District Chairman, Mrs Aruna Sree, and District Editor, Mrs Susatya Rekha, whose presence added great value to the occasion.

⚜ Project Name: Awareness Program on Anti-Ragging
⚜ Project Description: As part of the District Chairmans official visit, the IWC of Vijayawada DIVAS organised an Anti-Ragging Awareness Program at Vijaya Institute of Technology for Women.
The session was conducted by Mrs Kavitha Kodali, a Social Activist, who delivered a powerful talk on the harmful impact of ragging. She explained how ragging not only causes emotional trauma, fear, and stress among students but can also lead to long-term psychological harm and disruption of academic growth. She emphasised the importance of creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive campus environment where students can thrive without intimidation.
The program was further graced by the presence of District Chairman, Mrs. Aruna Sree, District Editor, Mrs. Susatya Rekha, and club members, who together reinforced the message of zero tolerance towards ragging.⚜ Project category: Reach out for better world – Status Of Women – Orange The World: Movement against Abuse & Violence

⚜ Project Name: Awareness Program on Rights of Women & Legal Protection
⚜ Project Description: As part of the District Chairmans official visit, the IWC of Vijayawada DIVAS organised an awareness session on Rights of Women & Legal Protection for students of Vijaya Institute of Technology for Women.
The program had Mrs. Anuradha Maganti, High Court Lawyer, Amaravathi, as the guest speaker. She enlightened the students on:

1. Constitutional rights of women
2. When and how to seek legal protection
3. Legal remedies and support systems available for women
   The session was highly interactive, equipping young women with knowledge about their rights and strengthening their confidence to seek justice when needed.
   Adding further inspiration, District Chairman Mrs Aruna Sree addressed the gathering, emphasising the importance of women stepping out, leading boldly, and shaping the society of tomorrow.
   The program concluded with the felicitation of the guest speaker and the District Chairman by the club, in recognition of their valuable contributions.
   The event was graced by the presence of our club members, and District Editor, Mrs Susatya Rekha, making it a memorable and impactful program.

⚜ Project Name: Meri Kitaab Distribution at Vignan Bharat School
⚜ Project Description: On the occasion of the District Chairmans official visit, the IWC of Vijayawada DIVAS organised a Meri Kitaab distribution drive at Vignan Bharath School, Poranki. A total of 450 books were distributed to students, emphasising the importance of education and values in shaping young minds.

The program was graced by the presence of District Chairman, Mrs G. Aruna Sree, and District Editor, Mrs Susatya Rekha, alongside our club members. The morning was filled with joy as the students actively participated by reciting poems and stories.

Both the District Chairman and club members addressed the gathering, highlighting the inspiring messages printed on the first and last pages of the books, and encouraged students to carry those values forward in their lives.
