Dear Friends,

As the District CCC Chairman, it has been my privilege, along with our esteemed committee members PDC D. Uma Balaji, PDC M. Kasturi Reddy, and PDC Lakshmi Srinivas, to inspire and encourage our clubs to participate in the video presentation *”Samvidhanam”*. This presentation highlights the rules and regulations derived from the *Guidelines for Clubs, Districts, and Associations*, compiled and edited by Dr. Rashmi Sharma, Association CCCC 2019-2022.

This initiative has provided a valuable opportunity for our clubs to deepen their understanding of the Inner Wheel Constitution by thoroughly studying the Association byelaws. The clubs have demonstrated great enthusiasm and creativity in interpreting these bylaws through their video presentations. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all of them for their hard work and dedication. I am confident you will enjoy and appreciate the innovative ways they have brought the byelaws to life.

We are deeply grateful to District Chairman P. Yasoda (2021-22) and IIW Treasurer Sarita Lunani for their constant encouragement, motivation, and support throughout this initiative. our sincere thanks to our own PDCs for participating in the presentation.
