 
													 
													Incoming Chairman’s Institute-2024 “Prarambh” has been organized from 3rd to 5th April 2024 at ITC Rama International, Shambajinagar hosted by District 313 with PAP Smita Pingle as the convener. IIW Treasurer Sarita Lunani, PIIWP Abha Gupta, Association President Preeti Gugnani, Association Executive committee 2023-24 and 2024-25 briefed the incoming District Chairmen from 28 Districts of India and Nepal regarding their duties, ethics, protocol, membership development etc. IIW President 2024-25 Mamta Gupta presented a glimpse of her goals and theme of 2024-25. Association President Sunita Jain elaborately explained the national goals and the road map to service. It was totally an enlightening programme with ample opportunity to get aquainted with fellow District Chairmen as wellas Association Executive committee
Together with Districts 315, 316, 317, and 318, the Joint District Officers Training Institute DOTI “Abhyaasa” was conducted on May 28, 2024, via Zoom, with Association President 2024-25 Sunita
Jain as the Chief Guest. The tasks were evenly distributed among the 5 incoming chairmen, and executed with great coordination. The distinguished faculty included IIW Treasurer Sarita Lunani, IIW
Treasurer 2024-25 Rashmi Sharma, IIW CC 2024-25 Patricia Hilton, PAP Gomati Viswanath, AVP 2024 25 Jyothi Mahipal, Hon AS Vinuta Harish, and AE Sonal Bansal.
The highlight of the day was a keynote address by Sunita Jain, who inspired attendees with her vision for the coming year, emphasizing innovation, inclusivity, and community service. The faculty members, each an expert in their field, delivered compelling presentations that kept the audience captivated and eager to participate.
 
													 
													A two day training session “Ankuram” (COTI) was organized over Zoom for the incoming Club Officers on 8th and 9th June 2024 hosted by IWC Vizianagaram. District Executive committee, District CC Committee and PDC P.Yasoda have imparted necessary knowledge to the club
officers regarding their duties, National goals and other important Inner Wheel information. The training aimed to equip the new officers with the skills and understanding needed to effectively lead their respective clubs. Various topics were covered, including leadership development, project management, and community service initiatives.
By the end of the two-day program, the incoming officers felt more confident and prepared to take on their roles. They left the sessions with a renewed sense of purpose with a network of supportive peers, ready to make a positive impact
in their communities.
Twelve members from our District attended Sankalp ,Association President’s Installation at Gwalior on 16th June 2024.We extended our wishes together to Association President on the stage with a beautiful Miniature of Bobbili Veena that is hand crafted by local artisans as a depiction of Maa Saraswathi’s musical instrument to the leader who is the embodiment of knowledge, arts, language and creativity. The atmosphere was filled with a sense of unity and shared purpose as members from various districts mingled, exchanging ideas and stories. The event was very well conducted by Imm.Past IIW Treasurer Sarita Lunani as the MOC. It concluded with group photographs, capturing the joyous occasion and the collective spirit of the attendees. As everyone parted ways, there was a palpable sense of anticipation and excitement for the year ahead, with renewed determination to contribute positively to their communities
 
													 
													Four members from our District participated in the Epoch Flow , the International Inner Wheel President Mamta Gupta’s Installation in Kolkata on June 26, 2024. The event was truly magnificent, with attendees from various countries worldwide . The highlight of the evening was the ceremonial installation of the new International Inner Wheel President. Dressed in an elegant sari, she gracefully accepted the mantle of leadership, her speech resonating with themes of empowerment, service, and international friendship. Her words inspired the audience, emphasizing the importance of working together to create a positive impact in communities around the globe. As the evening progressed, guests enjoyed a sumptuous dinner featuring a fusion of traditional Indian and international cuisines. Music and dance performances added to the festive ambiance, showcasing the diverse talents and cultures represented at the event. The Epoch Flow event concluded with a sense of accomplishment and optimism, leaving everyone eagerly anticipating the future endeavors of the International Inner Wheel community.
The 33rd District Assembly, Nava Vasantham, took place on July 8, 2024, at Sujatha Function Hall in Vizianagaram, hosted by IWC Vizianagaram. A total of 250 members from different clubs across the District attended the event. The Chief Guest was Imm. Past IIW Treasurer Sarita Lunani.Host club made it a lively gathering featuring lovely welcome dances, delicious food, and thoughtful return gifts for all attendees.
The event kicked off with an inspiring speech by the Chief Guest, Sarita Lunani, who emphasized the importance of community service and collaboration among the clubs. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and camaraderie as members shared their experiences and achievements over the past year and A special awards ceremony was held to recognize the outstanding contributions of various clubs and club leaders of 2023-24 Nava Vasantham was not just an assembly; it was a celebration of unity, service, and the progressive spirit of Inner wheel District 302.
