🟡Project Goal:- : Gender Equality:-Breaking the Stereotypic Barriers.
🟡Project details:-“Gender parity is not just good for Women, it is a welcome change for Society as well”. With this novel thought, we recognized and felicitated with Shawl, Memento and Gift to 5 strong women who determined to do something which other determined not be done

Recognizing them is not just a gesture but a salute to their courage and inspiration to many others to come forward in future.

🟡Project details:- “Living in a state of gratitude is the gateway to grace”. What could be a better occasion than our District Chairman’s Official Visit to acknowledge and appreciate the contributions of our club members towards the various projects and functioning of the club. Our club members were felicitated by District Chairman and Members with outstanding contribution were awarded with Special gifts. Following members were recognized for their special contribution:

❇️Project Goal – Donating Cap Umbrellas to the security guards at Govt. Hospital
❇️Project details:- In this scorching, stepping out for just few minutes is a challenge in itself. Imagine the plight of the security guards working relentlessly in this challenging summer to help maintain proper discipline and order in the premises of Govt. Hospital. We donated Cap Umbrellas that can be worn on head while working so as to provide a caring roof to the security guards on day duty and protect them from getting blazed in this torrid sun.This project was done in association with Gurugobind Singh Foundation under the initiative of our CZR Karam Kaur

Project Goal – Celebrate the festival of Ugadhi with the College students
Project details:- Organized a Drawing competition on Two Topics: Our Cultural Heritage and Zero Waste Lifestyle to create awareness among the young generation in the Stella Maris Autonomous College and Distributed prizes along with coffee mugs with Inner Wheel Logo as a part of branding and connecting the youth to Inner Wheel

❇️Project Goal – Help a Special School with their basic infrastructural need
❇️Project details:- Donated a RO-Water Purifier at Sai Prema School for Children with Special Needs to be used by the school students and staff members. The project was coordinated and sponsored by our Club Vice President Mrs Babita Jain and the project was attended by four members.

🟡Project Goal – Donation of essential items, stationery and clothes
🟡Project details:- Members of IWC Vijayawada Sunshine donated hostel essentials like buckets, mugs etc along with Stationery and clothes to the inmates of Shine Home. Members spent some quality time with the inmates, conducted some games and dance with them. Light snacks was also provided to the inmates. Overall kids had a great time. Hostel essentials were sponsored by our members Babita, Hanisha, Dr.Swetha, Nidhi. Stationery was sponsored by our member Sunaina Bang

🟡Project details:- Many of us cut hair to stay fashion updated, many others donate to the Divine as a sign of supreme sacrifice. President of IWC Vijayawada Sunshine , Sumita Bakshi Donated own hair- 12inches towards making of free wigs for cancer patients as a cause for Humanity, hoping this act of kindness, shines a light for someone battling the dark . Many a times, it’s a small act of kindness which can bring joy to someone in need. Eventually it’s not the money, it’s the thought that counts.

🟡Project details:- Donated 2 sewing machines and one Multi-design sewing machine to start a Tailoring Unit at Shine Anandam Orphanage where young girls and women in need will be trained in stitching and embroidery as a part of women empowerment and skill development program.
