In association with Jana sikshana samstha(JSS) organized the inauguration of Mahila Utsav 2023 to be conducted for 9 days upto 12th March, in connection with International Women’s day. The Mahila Utsav was inaugurated by District Collector Sri. Dilli Rao and inaugurated an exclusive stall by Inner Wheel club of Vijayawada for Empowering women entrepreneurs both within Inner Wheel and outside. Our members Reshma (paintings) and T.Janaki ( thread bangles and Pickles)and 2 outsiders( honey and herbal products) exhibited their products in the stall. Also distributed cloth bags with our logo and website printed on them to all the different stall members to encourage usage of eco-friendly bags and for branding Inner Wheel.

Felicitated AASHA MALVIYA, a 24 year old Mountaineer and Cyclist, who is covering the entire country SOLO ON CYCLE, spreading the message of women empowerment and women safety. Also empowered a needy lady, Mrs. Naga Jyothi, by donating an Embroidery and zig zag machine, which was handed over to her by Aasha Malviya.

Organised games and prizes sponsored by all clubs were given away by Chief guest,
IIW Treasurer Sarita Lunani. She motivated all the members to work together in a friendly manner by telling us the new version of Hare and tortoise story and how all the 5 fingers are more functional together.

IWC VIJAYAWADA in Association with Rapido bike Taxi and New Blood Bank organised a Blood Donation Camp for the benefit of Thalasemia patients 30 donors donated blood and fruit juice, fruits, Biscuits and boiled eggs were served to the donors.
