Saplings plantation at Loyola college campus

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, the Inner Wheel Club of Vijayawada Sunshine planted 10 fruit-bearing saplings at the Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering and Technology campus. The plantation included Jamun, Amla, Jackfruit, and Badam saplings, contributing to a greener campus while promoting biodiversity and long-term environmental conservation.
This meaningful initiative was generously sponsored by Karambir Kaur.

STATUS OF WOMEN, CARE & DIGNITY

“A SAREE OF LOVE, A VESSEL OF HOPE”. The innerwheel club of Vizianagaram distributed sarees and utensils to womens in rural areas. A small gesture of love to make daily life a little easier and brighter. Womens were benefited through this Project and this was sponsored by our senior member madhavi aunty.

Women & Child Health Awareness Talk

The Inner Wheel Club of Anakapalle organized a Women’s & Child Health Awareness Talk. The session was conducted by Dr. Harika, Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, who delivered an informative and interactive talk on maternal and child health, nutrition, antenatal and postnatal care, breastfeeding, preventive healthcare, and the importance of regular health check-ups. The session empowered the participants with valuable knowledge to promote healthier families and communities. The club members felicitated Dr. Harika with a memento as a token of appreciation for her dedicated service and valuable contribution to the program.

Status of women – care for Girl

The Inner Wheel Club of Vijayawada Midtown extended financial support of ₹11,000 to a deserving student, Miss Mokshitha Neelam, who secured admission into B.Tech under an LPU scholarship. The amount was urgently required to confirm her scholarship seat before the deadline. With the generous contributions of our club members, the required amount was successfully raised and handed over to the student, enabling her to continue her higher education. This project reflects our club’s commitment to empowering young women through education and supporting deserving students in achieving their dreams.

STATUS OF WOMEN

On the occasion of Guru Pournami, we felicitated Smt. Samudrala Girija Prasanna, founder of Blooming Minds School, for her dedicated service in nurturing young minds.

We also interacted with the students and distributed colour paints, pencil boxs and biscuits, spreading joy and encouraging creativity.

Annadanam Programme (Guru Purnima)helping for poor people

On the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, the Inner Wheel Club of Anakapalle members donated a 25 kg rice bag and essential groceries for the Annadanam Programme at Sai Durga Ganesh Temple, Narsingaraopeta. The members personally handed over the donation as a gesture of service and compassion, supporting the temple’s Annadanam for devotees.

Toy Donation Project at Anganwadi in Kanuru on Guru Purnima

On the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, a toy donation project was conducted at 2 Anganwadis in Kanuru. Toys were donated to bring joy and encourage learning through play among the children. In addition, reusable plates and bowls were presented to the Anganwadi to support the children’s daily meals and promote sustainable practices.

On the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, the Inner Wheel Club of Vijayawada Midtown felicitated Sri Pingali Venkata Krishnarao Garu, a renowned poet, author, literary scholar, and social worker. He has authored numerous books and literary works that promote culture, moral values, and spirituality.
