We have initiated the reconstruction work of Vulliveedhi Hostel to enhance its infrastructure and provide better facilities. The upgraded venue will be able to accommodate around 800 people at a time, making it suitable for hosting various functions and community gatherings.

Donated 2 cookers and 2 mixers to the Government School

As part of our community service initiative, we donated 2 cookers and 2 mixers to the Government School for the benefit of the students.This contribution aims to support the school’s kitchen facilities and help improve the students’ daily meal preparation.

Cancer Awareness Programme

The Inner Wheel Club of Tuni organized a Health Awareness Programme on Cervical Cancer Prevention for women. Dr. Srilatha and Dr. Pavani, eminent Gynaecologists from the Government Hospital, were the guest speakers for the session. They educated nearly 100 women about the importance of taking HPV vaccines, methods of prevention, and the need for regular health check-ups to ensure early detection and protection against cervical cancer

Free Medical Awareness Camp

The Inner Wheel Club of Tuni conducted a Free Medical Camp at Rotary Hall, Tuni, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The camp focused on screening tests for Cervical Cancer and Breast Cancer, and aimed to create awareness among women about the importance of early detection and timely treatment.

Environmental protection

As part of its commitment to environmental protection and community welfare, the Inner Wheel Club of Tuni organized a tree plantation program at Asraya Old Age Home, Pentakota Road, Tuni.
Members planted fruit-bearing trees within the premises and affixed Inner Wheel logo stickers to promote the club’s identity and environmental message. To ensure the plants’ healthy growth, the club also donated protective coverings for the saplings.

Branding Initiative

As part of our commitment to sustainability and community welfare, we distributed cloth bags featuring the Inner Wheel logo to promote the reduction of plastic usage.

Awareness on Cervical Cancer and breast cancer

The members of Inner Wheel Club of Tuni distributed pamphlets on Cervical Cancer and Breast Cancer to DWACRA women groups as part of an awareness initiative. The objective of the program was to educate women about the importance of early detection and regular screening for these diseases.
