*Project Description – Inner Wheel Club of Waltair celebrated International Inner Wheel Day by organising Youth festival – Youth Unplugged , an initiative of the Association of Inner Wheel Clubs in India ,celebrating the spirit,voice and potential of youth at Visakha Government Degree College for Women
We conducted elocution,essay writing competitions and Rangoli competitions to the students and distributed prizes to the winners and certificates to all the participant students .
We honoured Vice – Principal and two teachers who helped us to conduct the competitions by gifting them plants with Inner Wheel logo

*Project Description-Cervical Cancer Vaccinations camp was conducted successfully(2 nd Dose) 15 -21 years at Urban PHC(Primary Health Centre)Sagarnagar
We sponsored Rs 37,500/- for vaccines . 30 underprivileged girls from age 15 -21 years received free vaccinations at Urban Primary Health Centre,Sagarnagar .This project focuses on promoting HPV vaccination to prevent cervical cancer and raise awareness about early detection, aiming to improve women’s health.
We administered 30 vaccinations worth Rs 37,500/-

*Project Description- Inner Wheel Club of Waltair members participated in DemCon’25 ,Dementia Conference at GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research,Visakhapatnam on 5 th & 6 th December,2025 organized by Dementia India Alliance.Dementia is not merely a health concern,it is also a significant social issue requiring a lifespan approach.Dementia has emerged as a public health emergency, with more than 88 lakh elderly Indians currently affected. The event features renowned speakers from India and abroad .This conference was a unity of contributors of clinicians,students,educators,social workers ,NGO’s,policy makers,family caregivers and researchers.It is a collective action to ease individual suffering and empower caregivers. Sneha Sandhya Age Care Foundation is one of the collaborator for DEMCON ‘25. Age Care Foundation takes care of Palliative care ,Dementia Care and provides geriatric care to underprivileged elders suffering from life limiting illness. We have done various projects under Palliative Care ,Hospice Care, Dementia at Age Care Foundation from past 10 years.
