Project :- Chairman visit&Cancer Awareness ,PINK RALLY.
District Chairman Visit:- Our beloved Iw.G.Sridevi garu visited our club on 30th October. She came to our PDC.P.Sita Prasad House. We had a Breakfast at her house. From there we went to visit Sri Kanyaka Parameswari temple and Nookalamma Temple. From there we went to meeting hall.
Pink Rally:- We conducted Pink Rally in New colony area. Our members displayed placards with slogans Fight cancer- Treat cancer. Our District chsirman-IW. Sridevi and all our members participated in the rally

Inner wheel club of vijaywada DIVAS conducted this campaign to call everyone, collectively and individually, to commit to strengthen actions aimed to improve access to quality care, including screening, early detection, treatment and palliative care for Breast and Cervical cancer. Awareness about vaccination and prevention methods of breast cancer and cervical cancer are guided by guest speaker Akkineni Women’s hospital Manganing Director Dr. Mani garu and Dr. Dharmaja Garu.

Project Goal – Create awareness towards Breast Cancer Prevention
Project details- Organized an awareness session and a walk to create awareness towards prevention and early detection of Breast Cancer in Nelson Mandela Park, Vijayawada alongwith on- going health camp for LIC colony. Dr Bhargavi explained how to do self breast examination and emphasized on the importance of self examination and early detection. During the session she also explained lifestyle modification to prevent the risk factors.

Description:-October is the month of cancer Awareness. To bring Breast cancer awareness among society we conducted Pink Rally on Anakapalle roads. All our members, our District Chairman IwSridevi and PDCP.Sita Prasad participated in Pink Rally. Our members displayed placards with slogans Fight cancer-Treat cancer,
Seminar:- To bring awareness among members Chemistry Lecturer Sri Ram Mohan Garu gave a lecture on Breast Cancer Awareness. How to take precautions, treatment and all how to prevent cancer. He suggested everyone has to do screening test for cancer. Prevention is better than cure is the best, with this we can prevent deaths.
