Awareness and Speech on Healthy lifestyle for Adoloscent Girls

Due to release of hormones in adoloscent period, physiological, physical and social changes will be noticed. Hence it is essential to guide adoloscent girls on life skills. So our Inner Wheel members decided to put an Awareness programme on Healthy life Style to adoloscent girls. We arranged speaker meeting at Bhashyam Public school for 8 th and 9th class girls. Dr.Latha narrated about Mensutral problems, healthy food habits and and hygiene. All girls listened and their doubts were clarified by doctor. Dr. Latha garu extended her help for free consultation for 10 girls .

We conducted quiz for girls and prizes were given to girls(1st,2nd and 3rd prizes).
We felicitated principal and Doctor for their co operation
We gave sanitary napkins to girls
