The Inner Wheel Club of Vijayawada Midtown, in collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh Women’s Commission, organized a POSH Act Awareness Programme for the staff of Lalita Jewellery, Vijayawada. The session was conducted by Smt. Ravuri Suez Garu in the presence of Smt. Rayapati Sailaja Garu, Hon’ble Women Commissioner of Andhra Pradesh, creating awareness about workplace safety, women’s rights, and the importance of implementing the POSH Act. As part of the initiative, Lalita Jewellery constituted its Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as per the POSH Act guidelines.
